After visiting Hoyochi Nikko for 20 years we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise in this ocean front ground floor beauty. Hoyochi Nikko is a small 18 unit complex, so you do not have the large crowds that Hotels and Larger complexes have. In fact, a lot of the time you will feel as though you have the entire complex all to yourself.The unit has been fully remodeled with new tile floors, quartz countertops, a new shower and all new furniture.It sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and is a perfect place to sit on your Lanai and admire the beautiful Hawaiian water and whale watch.The unit is also furnished with everything you will need for your holiday. We have 2 swim assist devices hanging in the closet.Hoyochi Nikko is a smoke free facility. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
