Description
Heated Pool! Soaring Ceilings, Heartwarming 2-way fireplace! Very open floor plan to allow you to really enjoy your vacation mates. Big screen television in the living room and a large screen in the family room plus one in the master bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room and a smaller single sofa in the master bedroom but it is small and light enough to move into the great room. The crib is a travel crib. Can move into any room. Fantastic pool with baja shelf. 50 AMP for EV Charging The home is approximately 2089 Sq Feet with a 2 car attached garage and privately fenced yard. Nice quiet neighborhood! Newer pool and very private yard. Easy drive to many choices of shopping and restaurants. Close to the Mayo Hospital. Guests have access to the whole house, yard and pool. There is a 2 car attached garage and an indoor laundry room. We provide a comfortable, clean home. Quiet neighborhood near great shopping, movie theaters, golf courses, restaurants, and the 101 North so you have easy access to anything in and around the valley of the sun. Liftetime Fitness is an approximate 1.5 miles away with short term membership available, not included in my pricing. A car is recommended although I am sure you could Uber. We have a two car private garage. You are also allowed to park in the street. There is no HOA. The exit points to the back yard are per the city requirements for the pool with self closing doors. We also provide an additional barrier with a pool fence if needed. Supervision is still needed to ensure your child is safe. Please always watch children by the pool. We want you to have a fun, safe stay. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-000242
