Over 4000 square foot floor space provides plenty of space for your family and friends to have their own space. Sleeps 13 – great floor plan with bedrooms on all levels including (3) bedrooms with full on-suite bathrooms, main floor master. Fantastic amenities with a private dock, pool table, kayaks, outdoor fire table, plenty of outdoor seating and a covered porch overlooking Lake Norman.Conveniently located – less than 10 minutes from restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. House is fully furnished and includes wifi, washer and dryer for guest use.Please note this property has roughly 30 stairs down to the dock which is pretty typical with lake front properties on Lake Norman though may not work well for guests with challenges navigating steps.*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
