Summary:So much river viewing from this completely renovated house overlooking the Hudson! Bald Eagles, recreation boats, water skiers, barges, the Amtrak across the river! It’s all candy for the eyes.Massive deck that is basically your private outdoor living room.Inside the house has just undergone a gut-renovation. 4 bedrooms (2 of them with en suite bathrooms), 3.5 bathrooms, massive living room, den with 65″ TV, dining room that easily sits 8-10 people, and a massive eat-in kitchen.The Neighborhood:Malden on Hudson is a quiet residential hamlet about 1.5 miles north of the Historic center of Saugerties. There is a lovely little riverfront park with a boat launch about two blocks from the house.Getting Around:One can easily and safely stroll the neighborhood.There is a large driveway with plenty of parking for multiple cars.
