First, you’ll find a open format kitchen leading into a breakfast nook and living area with a large flat screen TV hung above the fireplace. This area connects to a second living area that features two couches and a second large flat screen TV. This floor also features a dining room with an expandable dining table, seating up to 10 for memorable meals as a group. Beyond the living areas, there’s a bedroom with on-suite bathroom, a large office (which can be utilized as a bedroom with blow-up mattress) and additional full bathroom. The living areas all open up to a back patio that spans the entire back of the home, featuring another 10 person teak dining set and large propane grill all overlooking the huge backyard and forestry.Second Floor: The second floor feature three large separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, multiple closets, large dressers & TV, all overlooking the backyard and forest. The connecting master bathroom is very spacious with his/hear sink, shower and hot tub with jets. The other two bedrooms are connected by a jack & jill bathroom that provides bathtub/shower combo and private sinks for each room. The first bedroom includes a queen sized bed and TV. The second bedroom offers a crib and adult-bearing bunk bed with third pull out floor mattress.Finished Basement: The finished basement features a spacious living area with large flat screen TV and wrap-around couch with queen sleeper sofa. There is also a gym with hotel weight machine, bench press, squat rack, 300 lb. Olympic weight set and free weight dumbbells.Outdoor: This property includes more than acre of grass yard alongside a large gated pool and two pool-side cabanas with Sonos outdoor sound system (pool & cabanas are open only from May-September). The first cabana serves as a pool-side kitchen with stove, large fridge and plenty of serving space on cabinetry. The second cabana, separated by a large teak dining table, features shaded outdoor seating and other pool toys. The backyard nestles against a large forest which helps preserve a very private experience.
