Huge 4 Bedroom House … Just Renovated in 2023 … Awesome LocationThis 4 bedroom house has just completed a major renovation … brand new kitchen, flooring, furniture, paint and more. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2022. This house is virtually brand new on the inside. Check out the new pictures. Beyond the renovation, this house is in the ideal location. This enormous house features 1600 sf of living space and is just steps from the beach, literally 100 yards from the sand. This warm and inviting house has two private decks to enjoy the fresh ocean air. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds and the fourth has a pair of twin beds. We are adding a bunk beds (twin over twin) and a sleeper sofa in the upstairs bedrooms so the house now sleeps 12. There is a large living and dining room and two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is off-street parking for two cars and a washer and dryer in the house. There is a gas and a charcoal grill for your use as well. Everything you need and right in the heart of Hampton Beach. You can park your car in the driveway and be within steps of everything Hampton has to offer … the beach, the Casino, Bernies, the Sea Shell Concert Stage, everything.All furniture is brand new, bed frames, dressers, couches, dining room table, etc. There is free wifi and a TV with basic cable stations.This house sits on the middle of a property with two other houses, one in front and one in back.. The driveway is shared with the house in front and has two dedicated spaces for this house. We do not include sheets or towels. There are comforters and pillows for you to use. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 cleaning star services, please look elsewhere. This is a summer house that we enjoy at the beach and rent out to other families to enjoy as well. The decks and grill provide great outdoor space, so if you are looking for a great location, a huge house and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach.All cancellations will include a $50 processing fee.NH Meals and Rentals Tax License Number 063891
