Please note we just replaced all the mattresses, purchased new leather living room furniture and new furniture for the 2 master suites, new furniture for the 2 balconies, and 4 flat screen TV’s… Our condo is on the west side of the building with floor to ceiling window and an unobstructed view down the beach. On a clear day you can see all the way to Pensacola Beach.The living room has a leather queen sofa sleeper, another Leather sofa, and a chair for plenty of seating. In the dining area, there is a table that seats up to six people, as well as 3 high stools at the breakfast bar with extra chairs in the closet. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, counter-top electric stove, ice-maker, several styles of coffee-makers including a Keurig and a French Pot, 6 qt. slow cooker, plenty of pots and pans for cooking and a toaster. Another nice feature of this unit is a full-sized washer and dryer.The first of two master bedroom suites has a king-size bed, a large private bath, a massive Jacuzzi tub, his & hers sinks, a walk-in closet, and excellent views of the gulf! Guests can slip away using their own private access to the balcony from this bedroom.The second master bedroom suite is situated behind the kitchen. It has a queen-size bed, a full private bath, an armorer with a Flat screen TV, a chest of drawers and a side table. There is also a small table with two chairs (a nice nook to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine or just sit and relax). This bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf.The third bedroom features a daybed to use as seating and/or extra sleeping, along with a queen-size bed, a walk in closet and an full bath just two steps across the hall. In total we have 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with shower /tub combos, two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, Open concept living and dining room and floor to ceiling windows everywhere overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The condo is 1824 sq feet!The building offers grills and picnic tables to enjoy a home cooked meal or check out our many great Restaurants in the Navarre area. But your kitchen has everything you need to cook while enjoying the stunning views.We rent from Saturday to Saturday, a 7 night minimum.
