The deck is wonderfully secluded with no neighbors to the right or left. There is *total* privacy on the deck.***Our community has strict policies regarding no parking on the street or anywhere other than the driveway and absolutely no driving or trespassing on any other properties than the VRBO listing, and this includes no using driveways of other Greenehaven residents to make U-Turns, adjust trailers, etc. These rules are non-negotiable and include boats and trailers. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced. This is a superb, quiet, and high end community and respect for neighbors takes precedence above all else.
