This house is outfitted with the highest quality designer furniture, luxury linens and full size washer and dryer. A professional chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to make your visit a vacation to remember including: high speed wireless internet, cable, surround sound, and outdoor dining with BBQ grill. This home contains everything you’ll want for a relaxing day at the beach including: boogie-boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler, wagon, 4 beach cruisers, high chair, lightweight stroller and a Pac N Play or child’s for your little ones, if needed please request.The ground floor of this home features a living room and formal dining area with high ceilings, cozy fireplace and french doors that open to a patio perfect for that cold drink after a day at the beach. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. This kitchen is equipped with professional Thermador stainless steel appliances which include a built in refrigerator with icemaker, gas burners, double ovens and granite countertops. This home is owned by a professional chef so it is well stocked with an assortment of spices; herbs, condiments, cooking appliances, and any dish or accessory that you might need to create that memorable meal. The custom curved twelve foot granite counter is perfect for kitchen dining and opens into the family room, bar, half bath and laundry room. Just off the family room is another beautiful patio lined with grape vines, and is perfect for outdoor cooking on the grill.The second floor includes three bedrooms, media/game room and two full baths. The large media room includes an oversized sectional with seating for 10, flat screen TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The master suite is tranquil with its own fireplace, cal king four poster bed, flat screen TV, and private balcony overlooking the front patio. The master bathroom has his and hers double sinks, shower for two and a Jacuzzi bath tub to relax after a long day at the beach. Down the hall is two more bedrooms with queen size beds, flats screen TV (1) and lots of closet space.
