The south-facing backyard is punctuated by citrus and palm trees, a gas barbecue, and comfortable seating for admiring the view of Mt. San Jacinto. Each evening, you can retire to the living room and the warming gas fireplace to stream Netflix and Hulu on the 48-inch Smart TV.WHAT’S NEARBYThis home is located three miles east of downtown Palm Springs and Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip that’s known for its excellent restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and nightlife. When you’re not out and about on the town, you can tee off at incredible golf courses in the area, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west), or go for a hike in Tahquitz Canyon (five miles southwest) or Indian Canyons (eight miles south).
