Ideal family vacation spot located one hour north of Portland, Maine in peaceful Popham Beach. Move in to our three-story, 120 year old, stately Victorian, 100 yards from the beach. Fenced-in yard, screened-in back porch, two family rooms each with TV, game room, old piano, four queen-size beds, one full, three twins, and one baby bed and several beach chairs.Very renter friendly home with all the amenities you could possibly want and need for a restful vacation. New eat-in kitchen with two cooktops, dishwasher, two refrigerators, and plenty of kitchen storage.Start your morning sipping coffee in one of the rockers on the large, wrap-around front porch or settle yourself by the wonderful kitchen bay window. Either place is instantly addictive! Let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep after a tough day on the beach. So much or so little to do, depending on your preference. Popham Beach has been known to get in your blood so be prepared!We offer ‘off season’ prices for June, September and October. This is a perfect place for three or four couples to use as a ‘soft place to fall’…..it’s quiet, beautiful and offers a wonderful atmosphere to kick back and relax.Keywords: Beach House
