Come and visit our newly and completely renovated 1940 in town home. You will enjoy the light and open feel of this home. It is a 2 bedroom /1 bath, 1300 square foot home with new central air and heat, wireless internet, smart televisions with cable, natural stone gas fireplace, bright and cheerful sunroom, and beautiful granite countertops on custom built cabinets. Some of the home’s original features were kept and enhanced such as the front door, archways, windows and hardwood floors which gives the home a nice mix of old and new. There is a large yard with privacy fence, outdoor gas grill, garage for bike storage, front deck with seating and new landscaping.
