Central AC is through out the house There is a 55′” Smart television in the family room w ROKU & Free Netflix movies as well as flat screens TV’S in all 9 bedrooms. Free high speed wireless internet. A great Sonos sound system w speakers lets you connect wirelessly so you can have music throughout the first floor and also outside on the wrap around porch. The fenced in yard has been professionally landscaped and can accommodate a 40′ by 60′ tent for that special occasion. A beautiful gazebo adds to this perfect setting as well.No need to drive your car once you are here. Within walking distance is Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Water Slides, Bay Village shopping, Surf Light Theater, Maritime museum, historical homes walking tours, and many great restaurants and cafes.
