For a single cup of coffee, you can use the Keurig machine, if you have some company, you can just use the regular coffee maker. The master suite offers a king-size bed and its own LCD TV connected to an antenna that offers plenty of TV and music channels. Enjoy the outdoor living at the screened-in heated saltwater pool that’s inviting to swim all year round.You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st.
