The trains are limited in their speed and are not allowed to blow their horn in this section of the track. For your convenience, we provide white noise sound machines in each bedroom.**Must be 25 or older to rent. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation with no refund.**This is a quiet neighborhood — we have a STRICT NO PARTY policy. Disruptive gatherings and disturbances to the surrounding community with excessive noise is prohibited. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is a $500 penalty fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund. You will also be responsible if the city issues a fine ($1047).Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee, $150 cleaning fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund.NO SMOKING allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages (minimum of $1500). Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event.
