Six short blocks to Dyckman Beach, eight short blocks to North Beach. Pass by the picturesque marina on the easy, four-block walk to downtown South Haven, a downtown filled with delectable restaurants, delightful boutique shops, and an old-fashioned movie theater. Steps to the nationally-renowned Kal Haven Trail, kitty corner from the Optimist Tot Lot Park, and just across Dyckman Bridge to Stanley Memorial Park. A fabulous location!Description of Home: This home has a nice, open floor plan with a large, eat-in kitchen with newly painted cabinets, spacious dining and living rooms, and powder room on the first floor.
