Newly renovated, private, spacious 1BR home with sunny, fenced courtyard. Quiet, peaceful location blocks from Uptown’s shops, restaurants, etc. gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, TV, cable, laundry and all the comforts of home.This 1BR is designed for comfort by experienced travelers. We have equipped this home the way we like to find our vacation homes. The living room is comfortable and spacious with a sleeper sofa and TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room has sofa sleeper and twin day bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, stove, sink and everything necessary for home cooked meals. There is a separate office area. The fenced courtyard is on the other side of a slider. It is perfect for lounging and dining with a gas BBQ, and outdoor seating and eating area outside on one of the two decks.You have exclusive, private use of the bottom floor of the home and shared use of a full laundry, a two car carport and a large private drive.We make ourselves available throughout the stay if needed. We provide a guest book that provides information about the home and the area and are available to answer questions and provide suggestions to our guests.
