Cottage sits on 65 feet of unobstructed private waterfront with breathtaking views and easy, comfortable access to the lake with sandy, clean lake floor. Aluminum dock with bench is perfect for relaxing and fishing. Multiple kayaks and water play items provided; swim platform offers additional option for fun on the lake. The house offers an open floor plan with a full wall of windows overlooking the lake, two seating areas including a TV area with new Sunbrella couch, large dining table, beautiful built-in book cases, and updated kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed with trundle, all with comfortable mattresses. Linens are provided including down-alternative comforters with duvet covers. Bathroom is clean and bright with full size washer and dryer. Large deck off the living area with gorgeous views of the lake; stairs lead down to grass lawn with picnic table. Property is well appointed with kitchen wear, linens, books, games, puzzles, and toys. Ice cream, sandwich shop and local market are minutes away; property is 10 minutes from Windham and 25 miles from Portland.
