Tucked on a quiet stretch of the neighborhood just outside of downtown, the home is situated beside manicured oak trees in a fenced garden. Past the front gate, enjoy a seating area with chairs and a bench on the front porch. Upon entry to the home, there is a powder room for guests and a bonus room/office with a trundle daybed (twin/twin) and linen closet. This serves as a wonderful option for guest overflow. The foyer then leads to a combination living/dining space with vaulted ceilings, skylights that let in an abundance of light, a gas fireplace, tasteful furnishings to comfortably seat at least 6, and dining for up to 8. Both the foyer and living/dining area have French doors opening to another outdoor space with private dining for 6 and a gas barbecue. On the other side of the living/dining space, the gourmet kitchen boasts high end appliances including a Viking stove, Sub Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and double sink. The stackable washer/dryer is located in the hall closet. Down the hall beside the kitchen you will find both guest bedrooms (king/queen) separated by a hallway with a shared bathroom (shower over tub). The primary bedroom (king) is located just past this area with it’s own en-suite bath (jetted tub, separate stall shower) and more French doors opening to the exterior. With new modern furnishings throughout, and a well-appointed floorplan, “Sweet Dreams” is a breath of fresh air! Garage is not for guest use. Wi-Fi. NO SMOKING.
