Situated in the heart of the Mission district and on one and a half tree shaded acres, this contemporary show place has all of the amenities including three 65″ TVs, two king, 1 queen & 1 single bed.Relax by the full size swimming pool in the Texas sunshine under the shade of a giant 300 year old pecan tree (even in the winter as the pool is heated). Tour the World Heritage Site San Antonio Missions from the property by foot, bicycle or car and enjoy local restaurants at one of America’s favorite vacation destinations.The home is the architecturally designed “dream home” of a local real estate developer. We purchased the property in 2002. After extensive interior remodeling, Casa Mission Rio is now a modern showplace. We did extensive refurbishment in late 2019. Our son rented the property the past 2 years & it is now back on the market.Many of our guests say they find the property so peaceful & enjoyable that they just stay “home” for much of their visit to San Antonio.The property & Mission San Jose are 5 miles south of downtown & the Alamo.
