This 1928 historic home has been updated, has central AC, is well appointed and is beautifully decorated. New this spring is our walkout family room to our spacious private patio and grassy yard. Let the kids enjoy the comfy sectional couch and 65″TV and Play Station 5 while you enjoy your coffee or adult beverage outside!The two combined buildings offer 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. The property is just 150 steps to the back of the Chatham Squire. The main house has a wonderful front porch to enjoy after a day in town or at the beach. The living room is so inviting with updated comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.There are two bedrooms in the main house on the second floor with two queens and a twin trundle bed. Look out the door and there is the adorable one bedroom guest house that everyone will want to call their own. This cottage underwent a complete interior renovation creating outstanding guest quarters. It offers a queen size bed, cozy living space and updated bath with a 65″ television. Both houses are included in this charming rental.The property offers central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable television, renovated bathrooms, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Two sets of golf clubs and beach chairs are also available at the property for your use.
