There is a large dining room table set for 6 so everyone can spread out. There is also countertop seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.Clean and beautiful accommodations sleep 6 Max (includes adults and children) with one queen, 1 twin and a full over twin bunk and a pull out queen sleeper sofa.Bed quilts may change as we try to rotate clean quilts between stays.Convenient location – easy walk to beach, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts, bakery, ice cream, WaWa, several restaurants and Acme at 8th street.PARKING: Street parking is available one half block from the unit in peak season. Guests can unload on the side street and move your car. Off season guests can use the adjacent lot without feeding the meters.We rent to families and adults only, you must be over 25 years old to rent, no senior week rentals. GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets and pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES.Please note: Check in on arrival date is 4pm and Check out on departure is 10am.A copy of current driver’s license is required upon reservation request. License must be of person assuming responsibility for all terms under lease agreement. A rental agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours to secure listing. Person signing the agreement must be on premises for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd party booking allowed.
