A short walking away is Parsons Lobsters, one of the best fresh seafood providers on the island, selling lobsters and other seafood caught by local fishermen from the shores of Acadia.Recently remodeled with careful attention to detail, this beautiful Colonial home will welcome you and offer a place to relax and unwind while you enjoy all the beauty of Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor areas. Spacious parking area allows for 3 cars to park on-premises in front of the covered front entry porch.The main level of the house offers an entry hall leading to an open kitchen/dining area with a slider leading out to nice sized deck with mountain and seasonal views of Kebo Valley Golf Course. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy for you to prepare a meal and the large dining room is great for entertaining and sharing special moments. The living room and the family room areas provide 55″ smart TV, books and games for relaxation after a day of adventure in the park. Dedicated office space with a desk and high-speed wireless internet is provided if you need to take work with you. The upper floor offers 1 large King master bedroom suite with walk-in closet across and a large double-vanity bathroom with shower, along with 3 additional bedrooms (Queen, Full, and Twin beds) and another double-vanity full bathroom.You will also have access to BBQ grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, lobster pot, Wi-Fi internet, and Spectrum/Samsung TV channels. Owner’s basement and garage (separated by locked door) are the only areas off limits. We want you to be comfortable and fully enjoy your stay and love Bar Harbor as much as we do. The property manager is nearby and happy to assist with making your time here delightful.Sunflower Cottage is available for rent with a 4-night minimum reservation.
