Full kitchen, separate dining room, half bath, and living room on first floor. Outside offers a private flagstone patio with conversation set, dining set, and gas grill. Off-street parking in driveway for 2 vehicles included. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. The Shore Path starts at the end of the next street and every Sunday the Farmer’s Market, featuring local fruits/vegs, flowers is located at the other end of the street near the town YMCA. Prime location for a Bar Harbor vacation; walk to everything in town; shops, restaurants, library, town ball fields, and town pier.
