Kara Mia KD695 is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Port Aransas home comfortably sleeps 12 people. The 3rd floor offers a private king suite. On the 2nd floor you will find the open kitchen, dining room and main living area. The living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. The first offers a king, and the second is a bunk room for the kiddos; 1 set of twin over twin bunk bed, and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The ground floor suite offers has a queen bedroom, bath, and small kitchenette. Washer and dryer are located on this level as well. The ground floor is not internally connect to the 2nd floor. Access is by external stairs only. This home offers boat parking in the backyard. There is also garage access, with the second washer and dryer. Please be aware there is a Ring camera system, and sorry pets are not allowed.Pool can be heated for $75/ day.
