Three bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and study; two full bath rooms, upstairs and down. Central air conditioning. Fully equipped modern kitchen with range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and washer/dryer. Patio furniture and grill, outdoor shower. Linens and beach towels provided. Off street parking for two cars. Free WiFi. Cable TV in all bedrooms, den, and living room. Property abuts conservation land and bird sanctuary. The cottage has all of the advantages of being in-Town, yet with the privacy, peace and quite of the country. Bike path across the street. Close to all beaches.
