Bedrooms on this level include a master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and deck access. The second bedroom has a pullout couch, private bathroom video games systems (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One), and deck access. There is also a powder bathroom and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. Take advantage of the large covered deck with porch swing and rockers to feel the cool ocean breezes each morning and evening.The top level includes a King master suite with a private bathroom and deck access with views, a Queen bedroom with deck access, a shared bathroom, and views The fifth and final bedroom includes two twin beds.On the ground level, you will find a large garage with a ping pong and Foosball table which is the perfect place to gather and entertain your group after a long day at the beach. A large mudroom with a second washer and dryer leads to the outdoor shower, an outdoor bar with bar stools, and extra parking under the carport in the back of the house.Parking instructions:Availability for 6 or more cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.
