This one bedroom, one bath privately owned condominium is located at The Apollo, one of Marco Island’s most popular vacation destinations. This updated unit has everything provided to make sure your stay is worry free!Accommodations include a king bed in the bedroom, and a leather sofa sleeper in the living room. Granite counters in both the kitchen and bathroom. There are two flat screen televisions, one in the living and one in the bedroom. A balcony, located off of the living room, overlooks the beach and right out to the sparkling Gulf waters.The Apollo has a large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and exercise room. There is covered parking. The Sunset Grille serves up delicious lunch and dinner fare. Watch your favorite sports teams at the beachfront bar.There are shops, restaurants and a movie theatre all within walking distance. Island activities nearby include jet ski tours, parasailing and charter fishing. Golf courses are within a 30 minute drive and, the Everglades National Park is close by.***10/1/2023***Attention Renters – Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be painting and sealing all of the walkways in the building. It is expected to take roughly 2 weeks to complete each floor. Prep work for this project will begin at the end of March, taking roughly 2 days per floor to complete. Guests can expect work around the building and potential noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked the weeks on each floor when the project is taking place and the floor is shut down.***Apollo condominium will charge all incoming guests a registration fee of $45(subject to change) upon arrival, up to 2 vehicles***
