This condo is a peaceful retreat where you can hear the ocean waves from your king size bed and queen size Italian sofa sleeper. The uniquely positioned south facing balcony over the ocean allows you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views! Comfortably located on the 3rd floor, this private condo with elevator access is in a low traffic area in the quiet one-of-a-kind paradise of Maalaea Bay. Included is also one assigned covered parking spot, available guest parking, and as an end unit there is only one other door past yours. Want to stay cool? We have AC and the unique trade winds here provide cooler temperatures during humidity. Nestle in your beachfront stay here with a book from our little onsite library by the pool and make yourself at home with our poolside BBQ’s where you can picnic steps from the ocean on our grassy lawn. Take a quick dip in our oceanfront heated pool, harbored baby beach. Haycraft is our quiet little beach at the end of the cul de sac; be sure to check it out enjoy the 5-mile uninterrupted stretch of beach from Maalaea to Sugar Beach in Kihei as a great morning stroll with the sunrise as your backdrop!Enjoy the majestic views of Haleakala Volcano, Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island, the west Maui mountains, turtles, and the rare opportunity to whale watch right from your lanai (in whale season around November-April).The Maalaea Village is a quick 4 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the condo and hosts shopping, dining, and rental gear options along with a variety of whale watching and snorkeling tours daily.
