The living room has comfortable seating and TV with cable and the dining area has a table with seating for six. French doors lead from the living room to the deck. Enjoy bay views while cooking in the nicely equipped kitchen.There are two bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen. The queen bedroom has French doors opening to the yard. There is a bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower.Air conditioning: Window unit air conditioners in the main living area and both bedrooms.A door from the kitchen leads to a sun room with a full futon (additional sleeping space for two).Washer and dryer in basement, accessed via bulkhead.Sit out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views during the day and glorious sunsets in the evening.
