Pool home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed and access to the pool deck, with en suite bathroom with double sink vanity, tub and shower. Second and third bedrooms with queen beds, and fourth bedroom with two twins beds, all with Roku TVs. Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, fully equipped and open to the dining room and living area with pool access.Laundry with washer and dryer. Convenient parking inside garage for hottest days. Very quiet and with no rear neighbors you can relax in the pool or spa after a busy day at the park which has a privacy fence and a grill for an extra fee ($50/stay).POOL AND SPA HEAT IS $25 PER DAY AND SHOULD BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. There is free WIFI and international calls to Nortamerica. At Easter there is an egg hunt for the kids and Halloween they have parties by the pool and everyone is welcome.For the Golfer, less than 5 minutes away and within walking distance is the palms golf and country club with Mystic Dunes being the name of the course.Champions Gate, Celebration, Falcon Fire to name but a few are all only 10 minutes away.Situated just minutes from shops and restaurants which can all be found on the 192, Indian Ridge Oaks is an Ideal community base for your vacation.All the attractions and malls can be reached in about 10 to 20 minutes.
