But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pet owners: There is a gap between the white backyard fence and ground that runs 6 – 10 inches by the gate/corner, which especially determined pups could squeeze through.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups.
