The first floor offers an open floor plan for entertaining, which includes a living room (lg flatscreen TV), dining area, kitchen (all with hardwood floors) and a large, sunny bedroom with a full bath. Sliders from the dining room lead to a large mahogany deck (gas grill, patio furniture) overlooking a magnificent in-ground swimming pool and a lovely patio surrounding it. There is also a wonderful ”ship” playhouse and a swing-set for the little ones and an outdoor shower. Upstairs features two bedrooms, a full bath, a family room with TV, games and books. The walk-in basement features one bedroom, a kitchenette, a full bath and laundry.
