The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms / 1.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. While the upstairs has 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Enjoy a relaxing night at home with the large back yard, perfect for grilling and entertaining with plenty of room for children to play! There is a gate to access the dock and a fence to help ensure the safety of guests by the water.Guest AccessGuests will have the entire home to themselves. This two unit home is only rented as one unit so you will not have to share the space with other guests. There is parking onsite for vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, boats etc. Guests may use the dock for loading and unloading boats only. Due to tides there is NOT enough water to leave your boat during low tide. Quiet hours are from 11 pm – 7 am.
