Completely renovated and modern in all ways with an open floor plan complete with quartz and marble counters, high end yet comfortable furnishings, organic bedding and your own full laundry. The kitchen has everything you could need for a great vacation. The whole family will love the charm and comfort of this home. The master bedroom has a king bedroom, the guest bedroom or second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a full below and twin on the top, all with organic high end bedding.Outside in your awesome fenced and private backyard, you will find an adorable private outdoor shower, cafe lights overhead, 7 mature palm trees with landscape lighting, an outdoor grill station and an outdoor dining area. You also have access to the guests shed with 4 beach bikes (normally $75/ each per week) for you to use as well as a brand new paddle board, beach toys and beach chairs. You are right next to Point Washington State Forest with over 20 miles of bike trails that will take you over many of the rare coastal lakes of the area, unique to only a few places in the world.You will have everything you need to make wonderful family memories here as we have thought of everything! Lots of other great spots are close by as well including Gulf Place and the famous town of Seaside from the Truman Show. Alys Beach and Rosemary are close by as well, go check out the shopping and dining- you will love it!A 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental. By renting this home through VRBO, you contractually agree to the legal terms of the rental management agreement below.Travel protection/insurance is not included.
