Description
The picturesque apartment is conveniently located on the cross of Washington Ave and Dade Boulevard. It is surrounded by the new convention center (right cross the street), beaches, five-star hotels, parks, restaurants, world-class shopping and entertainment. This is a bright and spacious studio located in a remodeled Art Deco building. The interior of the apartment was redesigned and furnished in 2019. The studio is perfect for up to 2 adults and 1 kid. We provide a crib and high chair for babies.1 minute walk to the new Convention Center,7 minutes walk to the beach3 minutes drive/10 minutes walk to Lincoln RoadYou will find everything you need by walk, bike, or a short taxi ride.We may provide a parking pass for 20$ a day upon availability. Parking near the apartment (zone 4) is free on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. From 6pm to 9am or weekends, a parking pass is required which can be provided at $20 per day. As we have limited number of parking passes, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability.If you don’t have a car, the best way to travel around in Miami Beach is to use a driver service like UBER and LYFT. They are clean, affordable and safe.
