It is a few blocks from Wana Wana, the post office and the movie theater. The Beach Front Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, two (2) flat screen TVs, a full size sleeper sofa, granite counter tops, central air, all tiled floors and much more.The Master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin size beds, which combined with the sleeper sofa in the living room will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has ceiling fans.You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. Private covered parking for the complex also add convenience and two elevators for the complex so you don’t have to climb stairs. The complex has a heated hot tub for adults on the North side and an awesome swimming pool with a hot tub on the South end of the building. Only residents are allowed in these facilities, and you need to request an access key at check-in at the front desk.
