Here on the grounds of The Sanctuary at False Cape, you will have access to a community courtyard offering three swimming pools and gas grills that are available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. One pool has an oceanfront swim-up bar. Additional features include a fitness room with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights; a community room; and the big stretch of Atlantic Ocean. The fitness center is available year-round!After a long day of fun in the sun, retreat back to this luxurious condo, lounge on the couch, and catch up on one of your favorite shows with the 53-inch TV and DVD player. Need an even more comfortable way to chill out? All three coastal-themed bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players as well.Take an evening to enjoy the lovely kitchen, which is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a home-cooked meal. After dinner, you’ll likely find yourself on the private balcony, enjoying the views and sipping an evening glass of wine. With the spacious sitting areas and closets, Dolphins and Daiquiris will feel like a home away from home – except this home is just steps from the beach!Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
