The main bedroom has a king-size bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat are in the living room. There is a large dining room table that seats four. The covered patio area with table and chairs overlooks the lagoon with a lit fountain.There is a storage area in front of the condo for sandy beach supplies. The Island Club is an oceanfront resort with a large deck over the dunes with views to the ocean.There is a picnic pavilion, an outdoor game area, grilling areas and a playground. The closest grill is less than a minute’s walk from the condo. The Island Club has a newly-remodeled pool area with a large seasonally-heated pool, a kiddie pool, a tanning shelf and a hot tub. The pool area also has a shady sitting area, Patty’s Porch, to relax in when the sun gets too hot. There is a public restroom poolside.There are seven clay tennis courts and pickleball courts overlooking a beautiful lagoon with free tennis by reservation. Reservations with the Tennis Center are mandatory to play tennis or pickleball.
