The chefs kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need in your home away from home! Off of the great room, there are porches and balconies to enjoy a morning coffee or after dinner drink! The home has two Weber gas grills, one on the first floor, pool level as well as one on the kitchen level.The pool level features an awesome kitchenette with ice maker, fridge and sink for making pool side drinks after a long day at the beach! As you step outside you will realize this pool is an awesome spot to relax with plenty of seating in the shade, comfy couches and chairs for lounging and a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings!Home includes all of the beach gear that you will need including beach bikes, chairs, umbrella’s and games!On the garage level of the home there is ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a basket ball hoop-shoot game! Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts.
