Your family will enjoy the spacious and open floor plan, including beachfront views from the kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space and amenities for your home-cooked meal. Or, enjoy the BBQ grill downstairs on the sun deck to prepare your fresh catch of the day.In the Master Suite you will enjoy a king bed, large smart TV, walk-in closet and private bath with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a large smart TV too. There is also a big smart TV in the living room with a DVD player to watch your favorite movie while enjoying a night at home listening to the sound of the waves crash on the shore. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for extended family. Stay connected to Wifi throughout the condo or stream your favorite Netflix show. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit too. We provide towels and bed linens, plus some beach towels for convenience. All you need is your bathing suit and your flip flops to complete this vacation!*This condo is located on the first floor above the garage – there is NO elevator. There is one flight of stairs up to the condo.You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or head south to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. You can also jump on the trolly right out front and enjoy a tour of the beaches up and down the Gulf coast without having to take your own car.Please note:The facility does not allow parties or events.There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
