Need more space? Ask about the home next door at #654, sister unit with he same set up!! This home includes a Fully Stocked Kitchen, updated furnishings, and cozy decor! Laundry facilities are on site as well as a shared swimming pool and direct beach access. Do not wait, this home books quickly!!- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES – All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**No Pets.No Smoking.Must Be 25 To Book- Strictly Enforced.Parking Passes are Required. Passes are purchased upon booking and will be placed on the counter for your arrival. Passes are $30 each and is limited to 2 vehicles. During event/holiday weekends such as Hangout Festival, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Shrimp Festival, etc., only 1 pass is allowed. Please inquire for overflow parking. No Trailers, boats, etc. allowed.
