Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath (tub/shower combination). The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin with en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. This condo has 1 TV, washer and dryer and a fenced (and covered) patio area.The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access, community grill and a fitness center.Boozie’s is equipped with 3 beach chairs, sand bucket with shovels and sand molds and a boogie board.
