This affordable loft unit is directly situated on the sugary white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed from the comfortable patio set on the balcony and overlooks the heated pool. You will be able to relax when you are not enjoying the pool or beaches with all new furniture including a King size bed and queen pull out in the living room. It also offers high speed internet, cable as well as 50″ smart TV in the living room and a 50″ TV in the bedroom.Relax by the pool or walk another 20 feet and enjoy the beautiful beaches.Rent bikes or golf carts at Beach Bums on Pine Avenue to enjoy the plentiful attractions and world class restaurants on the island.*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home.
