Anyone under that age must be supervised by 25+ during the entire stay.-5 Beach badges are provided during your stay (required June 12-Sept 3). There will be a charge of $100 for any unreturned badges.-Sheets, and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not included.Additional house rules:-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.-No prom stays,-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21,-8 beach badges are provided for your convenience.
