Assigned parking directly in front of the townhome. Relax at your own tropical paradise and enjoy all the comforts this beautifully furnished town home has to offer. Newly decorated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new front loading washer dryer and much more. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king size bed, walk-in closet and flat screen HD TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new twin beds, large closet and flat screen TV. . Beautiful new birch wood flooring upstairs. There is a front and back patio with table and chairs to relax at. Back Patio has a 4 burner gas grill with dining area and since it is the end unit unit there is the added benefit of a large fenced-in side yard where children can play. There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand off when returning from the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, post office, hardware store, rental activities, marina and more. We take great pride in ensuring you have a fantastic stay.
