Welcome to Island Whimsy!Built in 2021, this NEW vacation rental home is ready to welcome guests! Located in the quaint new cul-de-sac neighborhood of Couper Place, Island Whimsy is the perfect island escape for guests to enjoy time a way from it all but minutes to the beaches, shopping and restaurants on St. Simons Island. The outdoor space of Island Whimsy is your own private resort setting with a private heated pool and spa (can be heated for $45/day) and in water lounge chairs! The décor of the home is a comfortable island theme that guests will be able to find multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors to enjoy. The open concept living / kitchen / dining space offers a 60″ HD Smart TV, perfect for guests to enjoy a family movie night or the game!Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!The primary bedroom suite is located on the ground level and is spacious with a King size bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find three Guest Bedrooms. The first Guest Bedroom has a King size bed with access to the hall bathroom. The second Guest Bedroom has two twin size beds with access to the hall bathroom. The third Guest Bedroom is a bonus room with two full size beds with trundle beds.Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
