This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, “Lava Lava” featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!Unit #160 is ground level and four units from Waipouli Beach (approximately 30 paces). Almost direct ocean front, but without paying for oceanfront! Come and explore the gorgeous Garden Isle of Kaua’i in Kapa’a on the Coconut Coast. Here time slips away while you watch the coconut trees sway in the refreshing trade winds!160 for your convenience includes: High efficiency Fujitsu A/C; free Wireless Internet (WiFi); Flat-screen HD Smart TV; towels (both regular and beach); all necessary kitchenware including silverware and glassware; microwave; mini fridge with separate freezer door (and there are two ice machines on property); electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it’s approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua’i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa’a is a great starting point to them all.Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 3.
