We recommend driving since you have to cross Hwy 98, which runs along the beaches.Islandia 319 is located in Pirate’s Cove. The condo is conveniently located directly off of HWY 98 for easy access. Pirate’s Cove is a lakefront community with old Florida charm built back in the ’80s. This unit is located on the second floor of a small three-story condo building with only 12 units. Please be advised there is NO ELEVATOR in the building. There is a boat ramp and fishing dock on site.Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM – 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
