There is a dishwasher and a full size washing machine and dryer.Five bedrooms total: the 3 bedrooms downstairs include upgraded luxury pillowtop mattresses and Serta memory foam cooling pillows. The primary bedroom has a queen and full bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a reading nook and a smart TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 fulls and a smart TV. Bathroom 2 includes a full bathtub + shower combination.Upstairs boasts 2 bedrooms, one with 2 singles, and the other has a daybed with a pull out trundle and a sitting area with: TV, dvd player, games, and an XBOX.There is high speed Internet (WiFi) throughout the house as well.Enjoy time on the new front or side decks and listen to the waves crash. For those hot summer days, enjoy the cool sitting area under the house or hang up your eno or hammock. The large outdoor shower has hot and cold water.There are plenty of activities in the area if enjoying the beach isn’t the only thing you want to do. The town of Oak Island has tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it’s a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 minute drive of the island. 15 minutes away is Southport which has been voted the “Happiest Coastal Town” in the US and has great shopping and restaurants.A cleaning fee will be added to your total when you book.
